About the Event:
Are you a new Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) Direct Data Entry (DDE) user or want a refresher? FISS DDE is an application that allows remote users to connect to the Medicare mainframe. FISS is used by National Government Services to process claims and maintain beneficiary and provider records. You can use FISS DDE to research beneficiary information, make claim coding inquiries, as well as to submit, track, correct, adjust and/or cancel claims, and view provider-specific reports. Join this informational session to learn about the basic functions of DDE.
Who Should Attend
This session is applicable to all Part A providers who submit claims to NGS. Small providers are encouraged to attend this session as the topic and education format is appropriate for those provider types.
