About the Event:
During this collaborative education session between Case Management and Medical Review, attendees will learn documentation requirements for skilled nursing facility (SNF) coverage, how to properly respond to Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs), and the Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) process. In addition, this session will highlight common documentation errors and current issues and provide tips on how to prevent them at your facility.

All Part A providers who submit claims to National Government Service for Medicare beneficiaries
