About the Event:
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) implemented a prior authorization program for certain hospital outpatient department (OPD) services for date of service (DOS) on or after 7/1/2020 and subsequently added an exemption process. Join this session to learn more about the exemption process. This session includes a detailed review on how to become exempt and remain exempt.
Who Should Attend
All providers whose facilities perform current prior authorization outpatient department (PA OPD) procedures are encouraged to attend this session as the topic and education format are integral to PA OPD program success.
