Hospice Quality Reporting Letters

CMS notified MACs of hospice providers that either chose not to participate in the Hospice QRP or failed to meet the Hospice QRP reporting requirements for the data collection period of 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023 which affects the FY 2025 annual payment determination.

National Government Services issued letters to affected providers date 7/10/2024. Please be sure to check for the letters and if you disagree with the determination, you should follow the process outlined in the letter to dispute the future payment reduction. Any requests for reconsideration need to be submitted to the email address provided in the letter by 8/14/2024.
