Fiscal Intermediary Standard System Direct Data Entry Screen Changes – January 2025

The January 2025 quarterly system release was implemented on 1/6/2025 with the following changes to the Claims Correction Submenu (03) DDE screen:

• MAP1704 and MAP1714 - Attachment heading and all attachment options removed (Pacemaker option 42 and Ambulance option 43)

Providers may need to work with their software vendor/system maintainer to make any updates needed to accommodate these changes. However, there should be minimal impact to providers since these options were not utilized by National Government Services.
