Accessing the NGS FISS DDE System

As we previously communicated via the May 2023 Dark Days for CMS Data Migration - Rescheduled May 2023 Dark Days for Data Center Migration, the Medicare Part A CMS Data Center Migration took place this past weekend and we are now using the new Kent Data Center (KDC) as of today, 5/23/2023. All systems and IVR are available on 5/23/2023.

Important information for Accessing the FISS DDE for the First Time

As of today, 5/23/2023, FISS/DDE users should be using Option 2 to access the KDC system.

Attention Part A providers, beginning on Tuesday, 5/23/2023, please log into your TPX menu using Option 2. 

If you have never logged into the KDC previously, you will need to use the initial temporary password of Purple@1. You will then be directed to change your Password after your initial login.

The first time you log into Option 2, please use the temporary password of Purple@1

Please Note:  If you tried to use Option 5 and you suspended you password, before calling the Help Desk, follow the instructions above using Option 2.

In addition, if you access the KDC at other MACs, passwords are the same for accessing all MAC's systems on the KDC. If you successfully logged into another MAC with the temporary password and then set up a new one, you don't need to use the Purple@1 temporary password from NGS.
