Decrease Burden and Combine Multiple PDFs into One Before Responding to Additional Documentation Requests Using NGSConnex
Recently, National Government Services has seen an increase in providers submitting multiple PDF attachments for the same claim in response to an individual ADR.
When using NGSConnex to respond to an ADR for a single claim, you may need to add multiple medical records from different dates of service and/or different providers. Please combine all the medical record documents into a single PDF file. We recommend using a PDF merge tool to combine all the documents into a single PDF before submitting.
It’s simple, use the Merge PDFs: How to combine PDF files for free | Adobe Acrobat tool, drag and drop all the documents in the tool and then select “merge.” Once all documents are merged, download the single PDF document and respond to the ADR.
