Part B Claim Submission in the new NGSConnex Portal

If you have access to submit Part B Claims in the current NGSConnex portal, you’ll keep that access when you migrate to the new NGSConnex portal.  

In the new NGSConnex portal, you’ll still see a record of all claims you submitted along with the processed outcome. Although the claim record is transferring to the new NGSConnex, your claim submission history isn’t transferring. The new NGSConnex has the Claim Copy feature, but you won’t be able to use it until you manually initiate a new claim the first time you submit a claim for each beneficiary. The claim submission history will be populated as you submit claims in the new portal. This will allow you to use the Claim Copy feature for subsequent submissions.
