Our NGSConnex users often tell us that the portal logs out too quickly after just 15 minutes of inactivity. Effective immediately, your NGSConnex session will end if you’re inactive for more than 30 minutes. To help, NGSConnex will alert you when you’re inactive for more than 25 minutes.
