Description of Issue
The National Government Services EDI gateway was unavailable for all submitters.
National Government Services Action
The EDI gateway has been restored and providers can begin performing EDI transactions immediately.
Provider Action
If a provider submitted any EDI transactions between 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET on 1/28/2025, they should resubmit that transaction.
Proposed Resolution/Fix
The team has restored the EDI gateway and all EDI traffic can resume.
