MEDICAL REVIEW: We are a large group and could potentially have many providers on TPE review. We have difficulty managing the process for each provider. Does NGS have any guidance for large groups?
NGS suggests providers/groups develop an internal TPE compliance program/process. Creating a compliance checklist and delegating points of contact with clear responsibilities for the steps may be helpful. An example of what a compliance checklist may look like is provided below.
