Revised: Interactive Voice Response System Feature Ending Soon

It was announced on 1/10/2024 that the following function will no longer be available on our IVR System as of 2/16/2024. This change is currently delayed. Once a new date is determined, we will send an updated communication to all Part A providers with the details.

  • Part A Appeal Status: Used on the IVR system to check the status of your Part A appeals.

To prepare for this change, we encourage you to obtain Part A Appeal Status through NGSConnex, our secure internet portal, by selecting the Appeals button. View the NGSConnex User Guide for detailed instructions for checking the status of requests submitted and/or not submitted via NGSConnex.
