April Code Set Update for PC Print: April 2025

The PC Print April code set update will be available on our website 4/9/2025. The update contains the following enhancements:   

• CR13891 Implement Operating Rules - Phase III Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CORE) 360 Uniform Use of Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC), Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARC) and Claim Adjustment Group Code (CAGC).

To download the PC Print April code set update, access NGSMedicare.com, click on RESOURCES and then EDI Solutions. Once on the EDI Solutions landing page select EDI Software: PC Print and then Download PC Print.

Please take time on Wednesday 4/9/2025 to upgrade to the April 2025 code set.
