[RESOLVED] NGSConnex Experiencing Intermittent Issues
We were experiencing intermittent outages with NGSConnex. This was impacting Part A providers only. In some cases when a provider account was selected to perform a transaction such as ‘Eligibility Lookup, View Remittance, etc. in NGSConnex some Part A providers were receiving a ‘System Maintenance’ error message. This issue has been resolved and those Part A providers impacted by this issue are no longer receiving the error.
