Annual Logon ID Recertification for New York/Connecticut Regions
All users who access the FISS DDE system are required by the CMS to recertify their access annually. National Government Services will designate one state at a time to complete the annual logon recertification.
To complete the recertification process, NGS will provide an access code for each user by email. The email containing the access code will be sent to the current primary contact email address on file with EDI. All Logon IDs will be required to have completed the recertification process within 10 business days of the start of the recertification period to prevent access from being suspended. On the 10th day, any Logon ID’s that have not recertified will temporarily lose access. In order to restore the access, the Logon ID will have to recertify. Once recertification has been completed, please allow up to three business days to regain access.
On Monday, 1/6/2025, New York and Connecticut users will begin the recertification process. Any user who has access to the Part A New York and Connecticut FISS DDE system on 12/30/2024 will be required to complete the recertification process by 2/2/2025 or their access will be removed and additional paperwork will be required to have access restored.
*Any Logon ID that has been assigned new or reinstated after 12/30/2024 will not be required to recertify until the following year’s recertification.
If you have questions regarding the recertification or need further assistance, please contact EDI Enrollment directly by completing the Recertification Inquiry Form. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to your inquiry. EDI Enrollment will respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
