Medicare Diabetes Programs

Diabetes is an important topic to National Government Services.

Patients diagnosed with diabetes may experience challenges with managing their diabetes and are more likely to experience many complications from the disease.

We are offering educational learning sessions on Medicare Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT), Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP). Patients with any indication of pre-diabetes or diabetes can take advantage of these programs to help prevent or manage diabetes.
