The Provider Contact Center Has a New Option for Diabetic Self-Management Training and Medical Nutrition Therapy Information

Calling the PCC to get information on DSMT and MNT just got easier. When you call the PCC and complete authentication, you can now simply press zero (0) when prompted to reach one of our DSMT/MNT subject matter experts.

The PCC phone numbers are located on our website. Select your line of business and state on the left-hand side under Access NGSMedicare, then click Contact Us and select Provider Contact Center.
