Revised Fees for Code G0399

National Government Services has reviewed the fees for code G0399 (Home sleep test [HST] with type III portable monitor, unattended; minimum of 4 channels: 2 respiratory movement/airflow, 1 ECG; heart rate and 1 oxygen saturation). This code has been contractor priced since 2008.

The reimbursement for this code will be aligned with CPT code 95806, which is priced by CMS, effective 30 days from this notice.
