Provider Enrollment for Part A Providers
Have you changed location? Remember to update your address and phone number in PECOS so National Government Services departments can reach you if needed.
How do I update my information?
Part A providers can update their phone numbers and addresses by submitting the changes online through PECOS or by mail with the paper CMS-855A.
Why do I need to update my information?
Reviewers may attempt to call a provider regarding missing documentation to avoid an unnecessary denial. Incorrect provider contact information hinders this effort. Make sure your contact information is updated in PECOS.
