How to Search on the Medicare Revalidation List Tool for Due Date
Access the Medicare Revalidation List tool.
Providers with TBD “to be determined” as the revalidation due date, means CMS has not set the date yet.
Find the last and next time the data will be refreshed by CMS, as well as other pertinent information under “information about this tool” on the home page.
Determined due date will not be removed from the Medicare Revalidation List Tool during a five year revalidation cycle. The due date will continue to display on the website even after a provider has revalidated successfully.
