On March 31, CMS issued the fiscal year 2023 IPF prospective payment system proposed rule to update IPF payments, wage index, and policies. See a summary of key provisions.
Proposals include:
- Updating payment rates by 2.7% with estimated payments to increase by 1.5% after productivity adjustment
- Requesting comments on the IPF prospective payment system refinement analysis
