National Government Services Medicare Part B Preventive Services Week

Medicare offers many preventive service benefits that can help detect health problems early and keep your patients from getting certain diseases.
Preventive services can find health problems early, when treatment works best and can help keep your patients from getting certain diseases. Preventive services include exams, shots, lab tests and screenings. They also include programs for health monitoring, counseling and education to help patients take care of their own health.
Our National Government Services POE Team is hosting Medicare Part B Preventive Services week on Tuesday, 12/6/2022 through Thursday, 12/8/2022. We’ll discuss many of the important Medicare preventive services available and share how you can help your patients take advantage of these services.
Each session will begin with a presentation and then we’ll address your questions. This is your opportunity to hear about the latest Medicare education from our POE team and ask your questions immediately following.
Since a MAC is presenting this information, each session will also be eligible to receive one MUC and one CEU with the AAPC per hour of education, if you are a CPC. Please remember, if you are reporting CEUs to the AAPC, you need to register and attend the webinar via your computer and keep your completion confirmation email as proof of attendance for any future AAPC audits. If you do not have the confirmation email in your name you will not be able to report CEUs with the AAPC.
