Provider Enrollment Hot Line for Matters Related to COVID-19
As a result of the effects of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), a national emergency exists nationwide.
On 3/13/2020, the Administrator of CMS authorized nationwide waivers under Section 1812(f) of the Social Security Act retroactive to 3/1/2020 for those people who are impacted as a result of the effect of COVID-19. For more COVID-19 information, visit Current Emergencies on the CMS website.
National Government Services has established a provider enrollment telephone hotline to allow physicians and nonphysician practitioners in our JK and J6 to initiate provisional temporary Medicare billing privileges via telephone. Our staff will also be available to address questions regarding provider enrollment flexibilities afforded by the COVID-19 waiver.
