The purpose of the New MAP171G is to display the OASIS information and make it viewable for home health providers.

To access the New MAP171G from the FISS Inquiries Menu, option ‘12’ Claim Summary and then from claim page 3 (MAP1713) F11 (to the right) to access MAP171G.

The MAP171G will be displayed and includes the OASIS data returned from iQIES. MAP171G shows the OASIS item number and abbreviated description. The column labeled OA is the response that was sent from iQIES. The column labeled MR is for Medical Review. These fields are both protected and are for display purposes only.
