National Government Services: Raising Awareness about Care Management

According to the Center for Disease Control, six in ten adults in the U.S. have a chronic disease and four in ten adults have two or more.

As your MAC for Jurisdiction 6 and Jurisdiction K, NGS is raising awareness of the benefits of care management services for Medicare beneficiaries with chronic conditions.

We have a series of webinars scheduled that offer our provider community information about available care management services, and guidance for proper billing of these services. We encourage you to join us to learn about these important benefits. You may attend as many sessions as you’d like, simply click on the title below, and complete the registration form. You may also register via our EVENTS page. We look forward to your attendance.
