All Medicare providers have responsibilities related to Medicare being the secondary payer including identifying payers primary to Medicare (per the Medicare Secondary Payer provisions, such as Employer Group Health Plans, No-Fault, WC, etc.), billing such payers before billing Medicare and submitting Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) claims when required. Join us for this session in which we will review how to meet your MSP responsibilities to ensure your compliance with your Medicare provider agreement as well as with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) other MSP policies for providers.
