Inquiries Submenu
Purpose
The INQUIRIES submenu allows providers to perform research through various file options, such as the following:
- Beneficiary/CWF information
- Claim status
- DRG Pricer/Grouper
- Revenue code tables
- HCPCS code files
- ICD-10-CM diagnosis and procedure code files
- Adjustment reason codes
- ANSI reason codes
- Check payment history
Accessing the FISS DDE INQUIRIES Submenu
From the FISS DDE Main menu, enter <01> in the selection field and hit <ENTER>.
