How Will You Know it is Time to Revalidate
We will contact each provider or supplier when it is time to revalidate their enrollment information by sending a revalidation notice with a revalidation due date.
We will send the revalidation notices two to three months prior to due date.
We may send the revalidation notice by:
- Mail in a yellow envelope
Here are other tools you can use to determine it is time for you to revalidate.
- CMS Medicare Revalidation List Tool (updated every 60 days)
- Access PECOS
- Login to PECOS with your user ID and password
- Select My Associates
- Find the account that you wish to verify and select View Enrollment
- Under Existing Enrollments, applicable fields will display indicating:
- revalidation status,
- revalidation due date and
- revalidation received date.
