Approval Pending Regional Office Review
For ASC and PXRS:
- When credentialing, you will receive an approval pending regional office review status in PECOS, if there is a change processed that requires a tie-in notice (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Internet-Only Manual, Publication 100-08, Medicare Program Integrity Manual, Chapter 10, Section 10.6.1.2.
- National Government Services will send you a letter either by mail, email or faxed indicating your application has been sent to the State Agency and CMS regional office with important information about your enrollment process.
- If you have questions on the status of the state or CMS regional office review or process, please contact the applicable agency.
- Once the notification is received from the state and/or CMS regional office, NGS will finalize the transaction and notify you of completion.
