Approval or Denial

Approval

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email containing a Medicare letter with PTAN.

Review this letter to ensure that everything is accurate and if you have any questions, please contact the Provider Enrollment Contact Center.

Denial

If your application is denied you will receive a letter stating a reason for the denial.

Note: These emails will display from the sender NGS-PE-Communications@elevancehealth.com.

The contact person should be on the lookout for emails, routinely verify spam or junk email folders and add customerservice-donotreply@cms.hhs.gov and NGS-PE-Communications@elevancehealth.com addresses to their safe senders list.
