Account Suspensions

  • If an NGSConnex account has not been used within the last 30 days, the account will be suspended.
  • If you attempt to login to the NGSConnex account and select the ‘Can’t Login’ link and then select ‘Change/Forgot My Password’ link, you are required to enter the 'User ID' associated with your NGSConnex account and select 'OK'. You can unhide the User ID you are entering by selecting the hide/unhide icon.

Unsuspend Your Account

  1. You will receive an email with a security code if the User ID was entered correctly. Note: if you do not receive a security code via email, select 'Cancel' and try again.
  2. Retrieve the ‘Security Code’ from your email associated with the NGSConnex User ID.
  3. Enter the ‘Security Code’ in the Security Code field.
  4. Select the OK button.

  1. You may then be prompted to change your password. If so, you should follow the prompts on the screen.
  2. Your account will be unsuspended and you will be able to login to NGSConnex.

Invalid Login Attempts

  1. If you enter your NGSConnex credentials incorrectly the first time the following message will display. You should verify the User ID/Password you entered are correct and try to login again. If you haven't previously created an account, select the Create Account link.

  1. If you enter your NGSConnex credentials incorrectly for a second time an error message will display. It is recommended that you not attempt to login again but rather use the links provided to reset your password.
    • If you do not remember your User ID you can select the ‘I Forgot my User ID’ link and follow the prompts to retrieve your User ID.
    • If you know your User ID is correct but do not remember your password, you can select the ‘Change/Forgot my Password’ link.

If your account is locked because you have more than three invalid log in attempts within a two hour period, you will be required to wait a minimum of 15-minutes before attempting to login again.

Note: If you do not wait a minimum of 15-minutes and attempt to log in again your account will be locked for 180-minutes.
