Preventive Services

Select Preventive Services from the left-side navigation.

The Preventive Services section provides a list of Medicare-covered preventive services that are eligible for coverage for the beneficiary and when they are next eligible for the service.

The following information will be provided:

• Procedure and Description 
• Modifier  
• Next Eligibility Date  
• Deductible Applies – if Medicare deductible can be applied the field will auto-populate with a ‘Yes’ if not the field will auto-populate with a ‘No’
• Co-Insurance Applies – if Medicare co-insurance can be applied the field will populate with a ‘Yes’ if not the field will populate with a ‘No’
