- In order to login to NGSConnex, go to our website landing page.
- Read the standard disclaimer and click Accept to continue.
Log into NGSConnex
- On the right-hand side of the combined landing page under Log into NGSConnex, enter the User ID you created in the User ID field. The User ID consists of four upper-case letters and three numbers.
- Enter your password in the Password field. The password consists of between 8-30 characters and must contain three of the four following requirements:
- One alphabetical character,
- One numeric character,
- One uppercase letter, and
- One special character (#, ?, *, !)
- Click Enter.
Log In Issues
- If you attempt to login and enter either an invalid User ID or Password an error message will display.
- If you attempt to login again and enter either an invalid User ID or Password an error message will display. You can select the ‘Can’t Log In’ link below the login fields and follow the prompts.
- If you need to verify your User ID select ‘I forgot my User ID’ link and follow the prompts.
- If you don’t remember your most recent password or need to change your password, select the ‘Change/Forgot my password’ link and follow the prompts.
Note: If you attempt to log in and enter your password incorrectly three times unsuccessfully in a two-hour window the account will be locked. You will be required to wait a minimum of 15-minutes before attempting to login again.
